Laci completed her 200 hour yoga certification in 2014 through Body and Soul in Dubuque, Iowa and is actively working on her 300 hour yoga certification. She fell in love with yoga during her college years at the University of Iowa where she studied dance and English. She has extensive experience teaching dance and fitness classes to people of all ages and finds fulfillment helping others find joy through movement.
