Middle School Curriculums & Sample Lessons
Middle School education is a critical time in a child’s
development, focusing on social-emotional growth, and emotional regulation to enhance overall self-esteem and mental health.
By working on developing the strategies and tools to support themselves physically, mentally and emotionally, teens are better equipped to navigate the challenges that come their way. An important part of the middle school curriculum is the inclusion of journaling. The journals have proven to be extremely helpful in student engagement and bringing these practices to life.
