FOR HIGH SCHOOL

Proactive

mindful living.

Our Mindful Education in High Schools Program is a comprehensive research-based approach, integrating the mind, body, and emotions while valuing the uniqueness of each individual’s journey.

High School education is a critical time in a child’s
development,
focusing on social-emotional growth and emotional regulation to enhance overall self-esteem and mental health.

The Mindful Education in High School Program is designed for students in 9th-12th grade. The lessons combine the physical practice of yoga, mindfulness techniques, and social-emotional concepts to deliver a curriculum that enhances students’ self-awareness, regulation, empathy,
and relationships.
