Guided Mindfulness Albums
Our guided mindfulness practices are also designed to be fun and engaging. We use a variety of techniques, such as storytelling, music, and visualization, to help children and youth to stay focused and engaged throughout the meditation.
We understand that different age groups have different needs, and that's why we have created guided mindfulness practices that are tailored to each age level.
