
Kaylee Houlihan
Mindful Education in Schools Instructor
Kaylee has spent the last 10 years teaching in elementary and early childhood settings. She recently received her 200 hour yoga certification and has become passionate about the impacts yoga plays on the mind and the body.
She graduated from the University of Northern Iowa where she got her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She also received her Master's Degree in Education from Clarke College, along with her endorsement in reading and birth through grade 3 with inclusive settings endorsement through Northwestern Community College.
Kaylee joins Challenge to Change to spread awareness to others on the importance of mindfulness and yoga. She believes strongly in the impact it has on increasing social emotional skills such as self-awareness, self-regulation, self-esteem, and decision making.
