Students choose a yoga pose that matches how they feel, practice the pose, then place a sticker on the matching emotion box. Once all feelings are explored, students complete the full sequence together—building body awareness, self-regulation, and positive classroom community.
This resource is designed for easy prep and high engagement in Grades 1–3, and works beautifully for morning meeting, SEL blocks, brain breaks, counseling groups, or calm-down routines.

To create the sticker version, you will print using:

Perfect for printing, cutting, and using as stickers (or labels) for interactive placement.
(Tip: You can also print on regular paper/cardstock and use glue sticks or tape if you prefer a non-sticker option.)
How It Works
Students pick the yoga pose that matches how they feel.
Practice the pose together (10–20 seconds or 3 breaths).
Place the matching pose sticker onto the correct feeling box.
Repeat until all boxes are filled.
Finish by practicing the full sequence as a class!
