A Classroom in Balance invites you to push the pause button in your classroom to create a meaningful shift in the overall energy of your students. This course contains 100 easy-to-implement mindfulness activities that can be done in 10 minutes or less!
These mindful moments not only act as rejuvenating brain breaks but also offer a powerful way to commence your class with a mindful minute. Imagine extending their impact by sharing them over the intercom, allowing the entire student body to engage daily!
