Each lesson was created by a certified Challenge to Change Kids Yoga + Mindfulness Instructor and has been refined and tested in our classes. Challenge to Change’s Seven Parts of Practice structured approach helps children identify and understand the lesson structure and flow of the lesson, which in turn builds self-confidence in mastering skills. This includes the Seated Practice, Movement, the Heart of the Lesson, Creative Expression, Cool Down, Guided Mindfulness Meditations, and Close of Practice.
