The Yamas Guided Mindfulness Practices are reflections based on the first limb of the Eight Limbs of Yoga, focusing on ethical guidelines for how we relate to others and the world. Each meditation centers on one of the five Yamas—Ahimsa (non-harming), Satya (truthfulness), Asteya (non-stealing), Brahmacharya (moderation), and Aparigraha (non-attachment)—inviting stillness, self-inquiry, and mindful living. These meditations help cultivate compassion, honesty, and integrity both on and off the mat.
