A Deeply Restorative Floating Sound Bath Experience Join Molly and her team of Certified Sound Healing Practitioners for a magical Floating Sound Healing experience at the YMCA. This immersive session blends the therapeutic tones of crystal singing bowls, harmonic instruments, and the gentle support of water to guide your body and mind into deep relaxation. When you float, the vibrations travel through the water and into the body more effectively, creating a soothing, meditative experience unlike anything else.
