A Heart Full of Love: Kids Yoga Class ❤️ In this heart-centered kids yoga class, children will stretch, move, and breathe through playful poses inspired by love, kindness, and connection. We’ll practice calming breaths, gentle movement, and mindfulness while exploring what it feels like to care for ourselves and others. Ages: Same as other kids classes Format: Virtual class – join from anywhere What to Expect: All class details and materials will be emailed prior to class Cost: $25 for the first child $15 for each additional child
