Teen Yoga: Move, Breathe, Reset This virtual teen yoga class is designed to help teens move their bodies, release stress, and reset their minds. Through yoga poses, breathing practices, and mindfulness tools, teens will build strength, flexibility, and body awareness while learning ways to manage stress, emotions, and everyday pressures. Classes are supportive, non-judgmental, and focused on helping teens feel more grounded and confident—both on and off the mat. Ages: 12+ Format: Virtual class – join from anywhere What to Expect: Class link and everything needed will be emailed prior to class
