What is YogArt Camp?
YogArt combines the mindfulness and movement of yoga with the creativity and expression of art.
This unique program encourages children to explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop self-awareness through a blend of yoga poses, breathing exercises, and creative art projects.
By combining these two powerful practices, YogArt helps kids cultivate inner peace, focus, and self-expression in a fun and engaging way.

Through mindful movement, creative expression, and engaging activities, kids will explore their inner strength, courage, and creativity—all while having a blast. Get ready for an unforgettable experience designed to empower, uplift, and inspire!
At YogART Camp, children will:
+ Flow through fun and calming yoga and mindfulness practices that build confidence and self-awareness.
+ Dive into hands-on art projects that encourage self-expression and creativity.
+ Discover how to use their unique gifts to make a positive impact in the world.
+ Connect with new friends in a supportive and joyful environment.
No prior experience in yoga or art? No problem! Every child is welcome to explore, create, and shine at their own pace.
Led by Miss Sandra, this week of movement and imagination will take place at the beautiful Allison Henderson Park in Dubuque.
+ Date: Monday - Thursday, August 4th - 7th
+ Time: 10 AM - 2 PM
+ Cost: $150 per yogi
