The Educator RESET Retreat is a thoughtfully guided, full-day experience designed to support educator wellbeing, reflection, and renewal. Created for the real demands of education, this retreat offers a calm, supportive space to step away from the pace of the school day and reconnect with purpose, values, and sustainability in the work you do. Throughout the day, participants will engage in guided experiences that support: -Reconnecting with personal and professional purpose -Reflecting on why you chose education—and how that purpose has evolved -Letting go of what feels heavy or misaligned -Exploring core values and how they shape emotional responses and resilience -Practicing gratitude as a grounding, restorative tool -Restoring the nervous system through sound healing and meditation -Clarifying intentions for moving forward with greater alignment -Journaling, reflection, and optional sharing are woven throughout the day in ways that honor individual comfort levels and professional boundaries. This is not a lecture-heavy professional development day. It’s not rigid, high-pressure, or performance-based. This retreat is designed for: Classroom educators School staff and support professionals Educators seeking renewal, reflection, and sustainable self-care No prior experience with mindfulness, journaling, or meditation is required. All practices are guided, accessible, and welcoming. One continuing education credit is available for purchase through Courses4Teachers. Details will be shared upon registration and again during the retreat.
