Service Description
Kids Yoga Workshop • AGES 5 - 12 (1.5 hr) W will be sharing lots of mindful fun in this creative and engaging yoga workshop. Students will enjoy physical movement and mindfulness practices. These practices help create self-regulation and teach your child how to find calm. Mindfulness, movement, and creativity come together! Each child will get take home a special mindfulness tool used or created in this class. + Date: Thursday, November 5th + Time: 4 - 5:30 PM + Location: Inner Balance- 3100 Cedar Crest Ridge, Dubuque Iowa + Cost: $25 per 1st child and $15. per additional child Reminder: We kindly ask parents/guardians to promptly drop off yogis + pick-up when the offering is complete! This will allow yogis the space to connect with those around them!
