Mantra Magic: Kids Yoga ✨ In this mindfulness-based kids yoga class, children will stretch, move, and breathe while learning simple, empowering mantras. Through gentle movement, calming breaths, and mindful moments, kids will practice positive words they can use to feel calm, confident, and supported. Ages: Same as other kids classes Format: Virtual class – join from anywhere What to Expect: All class details and materials will be emailed prior to class Cost: $25 for the first child $15 for each additional child
