Join Challenge to Change for an exciting week of YogArt camp, where combining yoga and art creates Mindful Kids! Each one day camp has a special theme. Sign up for one or all of your fun filled themed camps. Through mindful movement, creative expression, and engaging activities, kids will explore their inner strength, courage, and creativity—all while having a blast. Get ready for an unforgettable experience designed to empower, uplift, and inspire! At YogART Camp, children will: + Flow through fun and calming yoga and mindfulness practices that build confidence and self- awareness. + Dive into hands-on art projects that encourage self-expression and creativity. + Discover how to use their unique gifts to make a positive impact in the world. + Connect with new friends in a supportive and joyful environment. No prior experience in yoga or art? No problem! Every child is welcome to explore, create, and shine at their own pace. Led by Miss Molly, this week of movement and imagination will take place at the beautiful Allison Henderson Park in Dubuque.
