Spring Into Calm: Kids Yoga 🌸 In this spring-themed kids yoga class, children will stretch, move, and breathe through playful poses inspired by growth, nature, and fresh beginnings. We’ll practice calming breaths, gentle movement, and mindfulness while helping kids notice how their bodies and feelings change—just like the season. Ages: Same as other kids classes Format: Virtual class – join from anywhere What to Expect: All class details and materials will be emailed prior to class Cost: $25 for the first child $15 for each additional child
