Friday, April 24 from 5:15 to 7:00 with Miss Molly Hey Yogis! Join Miss Molly for a playful yoga workshop packed with movement, mindfulness, and lots of laugh-out-loud fun. We’ll warm up our bodies and brighten our moods with winter-fun yoga poses, imaginative games, and mindful moments that help kids practice focus, self-regulation, and calm even during the busiest season of the year. In this special class, children will enjoy: Movement: Fun yoga poses and simple sequences Mindful Games + Team Fun: Cooperative activities that build connection, confidence, and classroom-friendly skills like listening and taking turns. Creative Calm-Down Tools: Breath and mindfulness practices kids can use at home and school when they feel wiggly, overwhelmed, or distracted.
