Elevate Your Learning Community with Yoga + Mindfulness gives participants preventative well-being resources that can be implemented in the classroom to provide emotional regulation and improve student success right away!


The best part? You get to pick and choose which parts to explore based on your students' needs!  Throughout this course, teachers will explore the Yoga + Mindfulness Resource Center while finding out which well-being skills work best for their students.


The Yoga + Mindfulness Resource Center puts all of the best yoga and mindfulness resources in one place:

  • Breathing practice instructional videos and card decks for calming, focus and energy

  • Movement videos and yoga sequences

  • Guided mindfulness audio tracks

  • Mindful games + Printable SEL worksheets

  • Teacher self-care practices and in-services

Participants will learn effective stress-reduction tools to reduce fatigue, overwhelm and burnout and be asked to reflect on how these tools impact their own well-being throughout the course.


You will walk away feeling empowered to utilize these yoga and mindfulness techniques to regulate emotions, reduce conduct problems, and improve academic success into your learning community.
