Erin is a certified yoga instructor at the 200 hour level and a registered children’s yoga teacher. She began practicing yoga to compliment running and has loved it ever since. She decided to pursue her kids yoga training to combine her passions of yoga and working with children. Through this training, she has grown to appreciate yoga and mindfulness even more, and loves teaching the practice to students.
Besides practicing yoga, Erin enjoys running, cheering on the Hawks on game days, being involved in Dance Marathon as a family representative, and frequently visiting family in her free-time.
