Allegra is honored to join Challenge to Change as the Secondary Yoga in Schools Coordinator. After coming to Dubuque for college, she quickly fell in love with the landscape and the people. Allegra has a master's in social work and has worked as a mental health professional, served in urban gardens, and taught nature programming to children while living in Seattle, WA. In her work, she has seen the power of mindfulness to change the way people live and show up for themselves and others. Allegra is very excited to be a part of Challenge to Change and to share the peaceful power of yoga and mindfulness with the Dubuque community.
