Physical: yoga poses to aid recovery, limit injury, and increase mind/body awareness
Emotional/Brain Health: breath techniques and reflection to support wellbeing, emotional regulation, and brain health
Community: activities and exercises to enhance team cohesion, mutual respect, and empathy
Cost: $100 per 45 minute session
$375 for a 4 session series

Private Yoga Lessons
Private yoga and mindfulness lessons for students.
INDIVIDUAL SESSION OBJECTIVES
(these will vary with the goals of the individual student)
Techniques to assist with personal empowerment
Enhanced awareness of the mind, body, and breath
New awareness of his/her gifts, letting their light shine
Building positive self-talk and tuning out the negative
Parent/guardian-child-instructor collaboration & goal setting
AGE • Children 1st Grade and older
COST • $75/session
FREQUENCY • Weekly
SESSION LENGTH • 60 minutes
The last 10-15 minutes of each session will involve collaboration
between the student, parent/guardian, and instructor.
