Service Description
Looking for a fun way to celebrate your special day? Come join the fun at Challenge to Change! We offer party packages for kids AND adults. WHAT WE PROVIDE Your party will include one hour of yoga and creative instruction by a certified Yoga Instructor. You can leave the work to us in this first hour. Your yoga lesson will incorporate movement + mindfulness + creative activities. Yoga mats and eye pillows will be provided. We can plan around a theme of your choice. The second hour is yours to use for snacks, cake, and gifts. Our instructor will remain in the studio, but will not be expected to oversee the activities at this time. COST $250 for up to 12 attendees, and $10/additional attendee up to 20. FOOD & DRINKS You are welcome to bring food & drinks (remember to bring plates/cups/utensils). All food and drinks must remain in our studio area. We have folding tables available for your use, but only floor seating. DECORATIONS We do not decorate the studio for parties. You are welcome to bring decorations for your party and will have access to our facility 15 minutes prior to your party's scheduled time in order to decorate. CLEAN UP We will provide garbage bags, and ask that you assist us by cleaning up the space of anything you might have brought into the studio. We ask that all clean up is finished no more than 15 minutes after your scheduled party time. CANCELLATION POLICY A full refund will be offered to cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start of your event. After that time, it is considered non-refundable. SCHEDULING Parties are based on studio and instructor availability. We will work with you to find a date/time that will accommodate you, but cannot guarantee that a specific dates/times without confirmation. NOTE: When you are booking, you are submitting a request for a date and time. We will contact you with final approval. We are excited to help you celebrate your big day!
Cancellation Policy
In practicing Satya, and honoring the time and energy that our teachers put into our studio offerings, payments for classes, camps, and events are final and non-refundable.
