Service Description

Grab your favorite stuffed animal for a Teddy Bear-themed yoga class! Join Miss Sandra for this fun and creative class that will introduce children (ages 3-5) to the world of yoga. We will do yoga with our cuddly friends, enjoy some Teddy Bear-inspired crafts, and learn how to calm our bodies + hearts + minds! Through animated poses, stories, music, crafts, + games, your little one will have loads of fun - all while learning valuable, well-being skills in the process!! DATE: Saturday, Oct. 7th TIMES: 10 - 11 AM PRICE: $12 AGES: Ages 3-5 ** Parents do not need to attend; however children must be potty trained.
