Service Description

MINI YOGA • AGES 3 - 5 (45 min) During this weekly class, our mini yogis will explore the practices of yoga + mindfulness! Our classes provide preventative social and emotional skills benefiting the mind, body, and emotional state. Your child will learn to connect their body and mind through stillness, movement, breath practices, games, creativity, and more. Join Ms. Sandra for this fun and engaging class, designed specially for our little yogi friends! + Date: Wednesdays, Feb 14 - Mar 6 + Time: 5 - 5:45 PM + Cost: $40 per yogi for each 4wk series Reminder: We kindly ask parents/guardians to promptly drop off yogis + pick-up when the offering is complete! This will allow yogis the space to connect with those around them!
