Service Description

Join us for this very special offering, where people of all levels of experience and ability are welcome! We would love to share how these practices benefit all ages. DATES: Sundays - Oct. 1st, 8th, & 15th TIME: 8 - 9AM AGES: Adult PRICE: Donation Based (see below) Our bodies are designed to move!  Research shows that even simple movement can provide countless benefits! This series will help you connect your body, mind, and spirit by starting with slow stretching and grounding movements.  The class will continue by introducing some slow flow sequences that will encourage connection between your breath and your body.  The class will conclude with stretching, reflection, and final rest.  Each class will have a theme that focuses on wellness for all, especially those who work to support youth in our community. This workshop series is a donation based offering. All proceeds will support Mindful Minutes for Schools, a non-profit organization that supports the social and emotional well-being of kids, teens, schools, and teachers, through the practices of yoga & mindfulness. All proceeds collected will be used to bring yoga & mindfulness opportunities to Marion and Cedar Rapids. Suggested Donation Options: $25 - Supports (1) Student for (1) Studio Class $50 - Supports (2) Students for (1) Studio Class $75 - Supports (3) Students for (1) Studio Class $100 - Supports (4) Students for (1) Studio Class OR (1) Student for a Teen Wellness Series (4 weeks)

In practicing Satya, and honoring the time and energy that our teachers put into our studio offerings, payments for classes, camps, and events are final and non-refundable.
