Service Description

KIDS YOGA + JR YOGA TEACHERS (45 min) • AGES 4 -8 During this weekly class, yogis will explore the practices of yoga + mindfulness with some holiday fun! Our classes provide preventative social and emotional skills benefiting the mind, body, and emotional state. Your child will learn to connect their body and mind through stillness, movement, breath practices, games, creativity, and more. Join our amazing JR Yoga Teachers, along with Ms. Krissy, in this fun and engaging class. + Dates: Thursdays, Dec 7 - 21 + Time: 5:15 - 6 PM + Cost: $430 per yogi for this 3wk series Reminder: We kindly ask parents/guardians to promptly drop off yogis + pick-up when the offering is complete! This will allow yogis the space to connect with those around them!
