Service Description

Candlelight Cacao Ceremony with Holiday Sound Journey 🕯️✨ Indulge in an enchanting evening of candles and cacao, as we embark on a sensory journey like no other. Let the flickering candlelight guide you through a moment of inner peace and rejuvenation. Cacao ceremonies are a way of healing mentally, physically and emotionally. Cacao is a SUPER-super food, containing more antioxidants than blueberries, calcium than milk, iron than spinach. This practice can be therapeutic to those open and welcoming to receiving the plant medicine and its many benefits. Immerse yourself in the soothing melodies of a holiday sound journey and rediscover the beauty of the present moment and embrace the tranquility it brings. Sunday December 3, 2023 4-6 pm $30 per person Led by Trauma Supports Team Member and Wellness Advisor, Dusty Swehla, the ceremony is going to be paired with many healing instruments, the new moon energetic pull and a safe space to experience what is meant to be. Her personal intention behind offering this sacred space is to increase vitality, inner awakening, opening the heart and assisting you in manifesting your personal intentions. Pure Ceremonial Cacao from Costa Rica will be used for this ceremony to set intentions as you move forward and open euphoric states of the mind and body. The ceremonial cacao used for this offering is the purest form of chocolate, prepared by Dusty’s dear friend Ronald, who lives in Costa Rica. It is minimally processed and is prepared specifically for ceremonies. The cacao bean has a special component, theobromine, a stimulant that expands the blood vessels. The cacao also includes magnesium, iron, calcium and B-complex vitamins. Say yes to self-care and join us for this magical experience.✨🍫🕯️ Wear comfortable clothes, bring a journal and writing utensil. Optional: bring something to add to the altar. (crystals, picture of a loved one, mala beads). If you are expecting or on high blood pressure medicine, please consult with your physician.
