Personal Empowerment: A Social and Emotional Course: A Course on Emotional Intelligence, is designed to help adults develop their own emotional intelligence skills and social-emotional well-being so they can thrive in their personal and professional lives.

Participants will develop an understanding of how their self-awareness, self-management, decision-making, social awareness, and relationship skills all work together to develop their emotional intelligence skills. This will be achieved through a series of activities found in and out of their workbook, active discussions, journaling reflection, and role play.

Lastly, when individuals prioritize their own emotional well-being, it in turn is a form of self-care, and they can bring the best versions of themselves to their families, workplaces, and other environments.

For those that are eligible for an EIR scholarship start your enrollment process here.
