This unique, day retreat will incorporate self-care yoga + mindfulness practices led by Molly Schreiber, 500 hour E-RYT, along with a deep dive into social emotional intelligence and how you can educate yourself into a greater state of being, with the knowledgeable, Dr. Liza Johnson.

Meet Your Hosts

Dr. Liza Johnson is a director of Personal Empowerment at the University of Dubuque and the founder of EQ Development Institute which provides individuals, businesses, schools, and families the support to grow and practice emotional intelligence. She has over 15 years of experience facilitating emotional intelligence and is a certified Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Educator and Social and Emotional Learning specialist. She serves as an EQ Ambassador for Six Seconds: The Emotional Intelligence Network, the largest global EQ organization. Dr. Johnson is also the author of the emotional intelligence curriculum published by Six Seconds called Know. Choose. Give.: A practical guide for personal and professional success using the Six Seconds emotional intelligence framework, also known as the KCG Program. Additionally, she serves as the lead EQ trainer and consultant for Paradigm Education Solutions.

Molly M. Schreiber is the Founder and CEO of Challenge to Change Inc, a kid’s yoga studio offering lifelong wellness skills for people all of ages through the practices of fitness, yoga, meditation, and daily mindfulness practices. As a former elementary teacher, working with students and school personnel is at the heart of Molly’s mission. She believes that we can change the world by empowering children with skills that foster positive thinking and compassion for self and others. This belief inspired Molly to design various programming such as The Yoga in the Schools Project, Kids and Adult Yoga Teacher Trainings, online learning resources for school and families, numerous children’s books, and countless other Mindfulness resources. Molly is an E-RYT 500, Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher, and holds a Master's Degree from Western Illinois University in Education. She is a mother of four beautiful children: Sydney, Maggie, Jacob, and Maria, and a wife to Tom. Regardless of the role she is in—mother, business owner, wife, friend, or teacher—Molly joyously shares her mission for helping people of all ages cultivate happy and healthy lifestyles.
